ORDERING

1. Orders can be placed via this website 24 hours a day/7 days a week.. Simply enter your USER NAME and PASSWORD, then click "Place an Order" on the next screen. Follow the simple directions and your request will be forwarded for immediate attention. REMEMBER: According for federal law, all employment screening requests must be authorized by the applicant through his/her signature on a signed release. If you order screenings via the website, you will be asked to "electronically acknowledge" that you have in your possession a release that has been signed by the applicant. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RELEASE OR WOULD PREFER TO USE THE GENERIC LABORCHEX RELEASE AS AN ADDITION TO YOUR APPLICATION PACKET, CLICK HERE TO PRINT ONE.

2. Orders can also be FAXed to: 800-844-2722. Be sure to include a cover sheet outlining your request(s) and comments, copies of completed employment applications (if applicable), and copies of signed releases.

3. Orders can be mailed or overnighted to: LABORCHEX Companies, 2506 Lakeland Dr., Suite 200, Jackson, MS 39232.

RECEIVING/VIEWING RESULTS

When you establish your account, you can determine how you want to receive results. We will also review what types of reports you want to see. That is, do you want continuous updates (whenever any aspect of the screening is completed, you can be notified by Email and/or FAX), final reports only, ALERTS as soon as they are processed, etc. A LABORCHEX professional will help you determine what method(s) is best for you.

1. All results can be viewed via this website 24 hours a day/7 days a week, by simply entering your client USER NAME & PASSWORD and clicking on "Check Applicant Status." Results are posted by LABORCHEX professionals as soon as they are received.

2. Results can be Emailed.

3. Results can be FAXed. If you choose, you can call before we FAX reports so you can anticipate their arrival.

4. We can telephone results, followed by a hard copy (either via EMAIL, FAX, or one printed from the website).

NOTE: RESULTS CAN BE RECEIVED VIA ANY/ALL OF THE ABOVE METHODS. Because of its ease, most clients prefer to use the website to view, receive, and printout results...or get them by Email.
