LABORCHEX conducts its business according to applicable state and Federal laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
LABORCHEX does not sell or otherwise provide details of background investigation reports to any party other than the client that requested it and the actual job applicant (if he/she submits a written request for a copy of the report). All details provided by the job applicant, who must authorize the investigation with his/her signature on a release form (including name, social security number, driver’s license number, etc.), are held in strictest confidence by LABORCHEX, and are not provided to any other party.
